Home Health Services

Muhlenberg Community Hospital's Home Health Services provide personalized, flexible in-home care and assistance for those individuals who are homebound. The goal of our team is to give our clients the ability to remain independent in their own homes. Whether extra assistance is needed following hospitalization, an aging parent in need of extra help or respite for an ailing family member, our home health services are available. Services and coverage are subject to staff availability and patients medical insurance.

Our trained and professional staff provide services from as little as a few hours to 24-hours a day with that personal touch: a smile and willingness to go an extra mile.
